From registering your account to placing an order, here is our simple guide to joining Touch Textiles
If you are a first-time customer, you will need to fill out a New Account Application. Information that will be needed include your company information and resale/tax ID number. Our Accounts team will evaluate all applications on a first-come, first-served basis within 2-3 business days. Upon completing our review, we will contact you via email to provide additional information or confirm the approval of your account.
Once your account has been created, log into your account to add the desired products and quantities to your cart. When you are ready to check out, click the cart icon to proceed with your order. Once your order has been submitted, it will be reviewed and processed by our team. We will contact you within 2-3 business days to issue a sales order and finalize payment of your order.
